We run on a fairly tight schedule so arriving on time or slightly before your appointment time is ideal please.

The clinic is located inside Brave Fitness Gym and for safety, the door remains locked most of the day, if we don't see you arrive please knock/message/ring the bell.

 

(Please note, Brave have two locations and the clinic is NOT in the Varnham location it is in the city centre location as shown in the map)

Once inside the gym, there may be a gym class going but there is a waiting area (red seat) available for Motion Lab clients.
